This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides information about how we, FPL Consumer Services Private Limited (FPL CS), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at West Bay, 6 Floor, Survey No. 278, Hissa No. 4/3, Baner Gaon Pune Maharashtra India 411045 (“Company”) collect, use, store, share, transfer and disclose your information/data (used interchangeably hereafter) when you use the mobile application called “Wizely” that the Company develops, operates and manages.

Wizely is a proprietary mobile application developed, operated, and managed by FPL CS, offering a unique platform designed to provide smart savings solutions to India’s 100M+ young and emerging consumers. The platform enables users to access saving products and services, such as Fixed Deposits (FDs) and Gold Savings, in partnership with a robust ecosystem of Banking, NBFCs, and other Non-Banking Service Providers. Wizely delivers a seamless, engaging, and contextual financial experience tailored to the user’s saving goals and financial journey.

The platform enables registered users to access a range of savings products and financial services offered by our trusted Banking, NBFC, and Non-Banking Service Provider partners (“Platform Services”). Through the platform, users can invest in Fixed Deposits (FDs), Gold Savings, and other tailored financial products provided by our partners (“Partners”). Your privacy is important to us and we appreciate your trust in us. In this Policy, references to “you”, “your” or “user” shall mean the end user who accesses Wizely and / or avails its Services. References to “we”, “us” and “our” shall mean Wizely.

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POLICY CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING OR ACCESSING OR USING OUR PLATFORM IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE COLLECTED, USED, STORED, SHARED, TRANSFERRED AND DISCLOSED AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM ANY FURTHER.

BY USING THE SERVICES OR BY OTHERWISE PROVIDING US WITH YOUR INFORMATION, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE PRACTICES OUTLINED IN THIS POLICY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY.

YOU HEREBY CONSENT US TO COLLECT, USE, SHARE AND/OR DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD AND/OR DELETE PORTIONS OF THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AT ANY TIME. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT USE ANY OF THE SERVICES OR PROVIDE US WITH ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. IF YOU USE THE SERVICES ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE OR AN ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORISED BY SUCH INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY TO (I) ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY ON SUCH INDIVIDUAL’S OR ENTITY’S BEHALF, AND (II) CONSENT ON BEHALF OF SUCH INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY TO OUR COLLECTION, USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF SUCH INDIVIDUAL’S OR ENTITY’S INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT:

The information that we collect from you includes:

Your personal information such as your First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, PAN.etc. which are required to be provided by you at the time of registering on the Platform;
Personal Identification Number (PIN), which you will provide while signing-up to the Wizely App;
Any other information which would help determine your eligibility to avail the services offered by us;
Your activity on the Wizely App;
Information which is required by our Partners to provide Services to you;
Any other information that we are required to collect as per specific mandate from any partner bank (“Partner Bank”) or other Financial Services Company as per applicable laws such as any information required to comply with the RBI/ mandated KYC norms;
Permission for SMS access to enable the “Financial Snapshot”, facilitate auto OTP verification, and Permission for Camera access to facilitate various functionalities within the app.
We may require you to provide additional details, as and when required, in order to comply with any applicable regulatory requirement or for additional services/products via the platform, as and when offered, and may also utilise data lawfully obtained from third party service providers authorised by you.

Information we collect through your use of the Platform

Transaction Information: We may access banking and financial transaction details related to your use within the platform’s ecosystem, including bank account details, UPI ID, and the date and time of transactions. This information is used to (i) provide you with personalized content and services on the platform, (ii) monitor platform usage, and (iii) enhance and improve the platform’s features and offerings. he content and services provided on and through the Platform..
Activity Information: We collect information about all your activities on the Platform to enable us to Service you better.
Device Information: When you visit or leave the Platform (including our plugins or cookies or similar technology on the sites of others), Wizely receives the URL of both the site you came from and the one you go to next. Wizely also gets information about your IP address, proxy server, operating system, web browser and add-ons, device identifier and features, and/or ISP or your mobile carrier. Wizely will ask you to opt-in before we use GPS or other tools to identify your precise location.
Internet: Wizely may access the internet or wifi network or any changes in the internet or wifi network of your mobile device for running the Platform. The Platform can only be accessed on your web browser if there is an internet connection.
Log Information: When you interact with the Platform, Wizely may collect server logs, which may include information like device IP address, access dates and times, and other system activity, type of browser, and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with the Platform to understand your usage of the Platform.

Use of Information

We use your information in order to deliver and personalize services to you. This information is used for specific business purposes or for a lawful purpose to comply with the applicable laws and regulatory contractual obligations which include but are not limited to:

To deliver the Services made available through the Platform;
To curate specific services for you;
To enhance and optimize savings and/or investments tailored to your needs.
To respond to the request that you sent us such as your request for information, or your request to subscribe to a Service provided on the Platform;
To administer, protect and improve the Platform;
To better understand the preferences of users of the Platform;
To compile aggregated statistics about usage of the Platform;
To help personalize your experience of the Platform;
To improve services offered to you;
To help Wizely in its internal business functioning;
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wizely may combine various types of data that is collected; and
Any other use Wizely may describe at the point when it collects data.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve or disclose your account information, through the Wizely Application or otherwise, including but not limited to personal information such as your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile number, PAN, etc., if required to do so by law or in good faith, believing that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process or the order of any Government authority; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that the registration information like mobile number violates the rights of third parties; (d) carry out fraud verification of the credit/debit card details and other financial information provided (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights and property of the Wizely Application, its Registered Users and the public. You further acknowledge and agree that we may require your personal details such as a government of India approved ID and address proof and other financial information in order for you to avail our banking products and service on the Platform and accordingly such information will be collected, shared and processed by us or third parties. However, we do not store such information in our systems.

We may need to share limited personal information with our partner banks, non-bank finance and partners who perform services for us (eg. KYC) and help us operate our business. We may need to share your limited anonymized information with third parties for analytics purposes.

We do not share any of your personal information with any third parties except as stated above, and/or when it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority to disclose, for the purpose of verification of identity, and/or for the prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, and/or for prosecution and punishment of offences.

We may display third party online advertisements on the platform. We may also advertise our activities and organizational goals on other platforms. We may collaborate with other website/app operators as well as network advertisers to do so. We request you to read and understand such concerned third party privacy policies to understand their practices relating to advertising, including what type of information they may collect about your internet usage. No personally identifiable information is shared with any third party online advertiser or website or app as part of any such activity. We do not provide any information relating to your usage to such website operators or network advertisers.

During your use of the App/Website, you may come across links to third party websites/apps that are not affiliated with FPL CS. FPL CS is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites, or for any acts/ omissions by such third parties in the course of your transaction / interaction/s with them.

Data Retention

We retain the data only for as long as it is necessary to meet the specific purposes for which it was collected. Data that is anonymized and/or processed in a way that no longer identifies you may be kept perpetually.

We will hold your personal data only as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was initially collected, or as required by law, contract, or internal policies. Once these retention periods are concluded, your data will be securely erased or archived in accordance with the applicable regulations.

If you wish to withdraw your consent for processing your personal information, you may submit a request at contactus@wizely.in. However, we may continue to retain your personal information as per above mentioned reasons.

Data Security

Wizely follows reasonable security practices and procedures inline with ISO 27001

To prevent unauthorised access, we have implemented the necessary security measures. These include internal evaluations of our procedures for gathering, storing, and processing data as well as security measures, such as suitable encryption and physical security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the systems on which we save information.

In the event of unforeseen data breach, we have implemented an industry-standard incident response procedure in accordance with CERT-IN requirements.

WhatsApp Notifications

These notifications will only be sent with your prior consent. We will obtain your consent at the start of your mobile application journey, and by providing this consent, you agree to receive notifications via WhatsApp related to products, services, updates, promotions, or any other relevant communication.

Minor’s / Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for use by adults only. Wizely does not intentionally or knowingly collect information from minors (under the age of 18) and requests that minors (under the age of 18) to not submit any information on the Platform or use any services.

Amendments

Wizely reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time,

Log Files

This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may use the collected log information about you to improve services offered to you, to improve marketing, analytics, or platform functionality.

Confidentiality of your account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not provide these credentials including the Personal Identification Number (PIN) assigned to you for the platform to any third party or any other individual. We are not responsible or liable if someone else accesses your account through the credentials they have obtained from you or through a violation by you of this Privacy Policy

Grievance Redressal

If you have any grievance or complaint, questions, comments, concerns or feedback in relation to the processing of information or regarding this Privacy Policy or any other privacy or security concern related to the platform, you can send an email to our Grievance Officer on grievances@wizely.in

Note: You acknowledge and agree that merely un-installing the Platform from your mobile device will not result in the deletion of your information from the Platform and you will have to send an email to contactus@wizely.in if you wish to have all your information deleted from the Platform database/s and server/s.
