FAQ's For The New Wizely

You can continue to use the present app until 31st December 2019. However, we want you to spend/refund your savings on the current app before 25th December 2019. As we ready the New App for use in early January, we will keep you informed.

Your savings are secure in your Wizely App but as the Wizely app is getting upgraded we'd encourage you to either purchase a voucher of your choice from the Wizely Collective or to take your savings back into your bank account before 25th December 2019. Post 25th December, we will initiate a refund/purchase from our end.

Post - December 25th, we will be initiating a refund from our side to give your savings back to you. This will only be possible if we have your UPI ID. In case we do not have a UPI ID, we will have to make a purchase on your behalf and extend a voucher worth the save balance in your Wizely wallet and send it across to you - this is unfortunately absolutely necessary for the new upgrade.

We would encourage to use your Extra value before the 25th December by purchasing the voucher of your choice from Wizely Collective.

No, you will be earning interest instead of Extra Value on the New Wizely app.

In order to deliver a straightforward goal-based saving experience, we have discontinued contest from the Wizely app for now; but never say never ;)

Now that the Wizely wallet is going to be upgraded to Wizely Account to deliver an Intelligent Banking Experience, we are not carrying forward the previous transaction history on the new app. However, you may request a statement of your account by reaching out to us at contactus@wizely.in

Yes, if you have already used the Wizely app before this will be a cakewalk for you! However, you will find new stuff that adds to the ease of savings like- the autosave feature to enable standing instructions for your savings; the new Wizely Account is designed to deliver a simple, straightforward and secure Intelligent Banking Experience that enables you to earn interest on your savings.

We are as excited as you are! The new Wizely app will be available starting early January 2020 and you will be able to download post we go live.

Of course! Wizely sends your request to our banking partner at the very instant you close your Plan. But if you place your request on weekends or bank holidays, the bank might process the same on the next working day. To avoid any last-minute problems, we suggest you close your Plan on a weekday whenever possible.

The new Wizely app will be available for download to all customers. Only ICICI bank account holders can link their accounts and use the app further. In case you do not have an ICICI A/C you will be added to the Priority List post-sign-up. We will keep you posted when we are ready for you.
